Buy the material on its own, or have Riverside Floor Pros install it. Same company, same phone number, and one person responsible if anything goes sideways.
When the material and the install come from two different places, the seams between them are where jobs go wrong. Wrong quantity ordered. Material shows up late. Something is damaged and nobody wants to own it. The installer blames the supplier, the supplier blames the freight company, and you are standing in an empty room.
When we do both, that argument has nowhere to go. We ordered it, we measured it, we delivered it, and we are installing it.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Measure | We come out, measure properly, and look at the subfloor. Free. |
| 2. Quote | Material and labor broken out line by line, so you can see both. |
| 3. Order | Material ordered and confirmed. We do not schedule an install until it is landing. |
| 4. Install | Scheduled once the material is physically here. Not before. |
| 5. Walkthrough | We walk it with you and fix the punch list before we call it done. |
That is completely fine and it is a large part of what we do. Plenty of people install their own floor or already have someone. Buy the material, we will deliver it, and we are happy to answer questions while you install it.
