Installation

Buy the material on its own, or have Riverside Floor Pros install it. Same company, same phone number, and one person responsible if anything goes sideways.

Why buying material and labor together usually works out better

When the material and the install come from two different places, the seams between them are where jobs go wrong. Wrong quantity ordered. Material shows up late. Something is damaged and nobody wants to own it. The installer blames the supplier, the supplier blames the freight company, and you are standing in an empty room.

When we do both, that argument has nowhere to go. We ordered it, we measured it, we delivered it, and we are installing it.

What we install

How a job runs

StepWhat happens
1. MeasureWe come out, measure properly, and look at the subfloor. Free.
2. QuoteMaterial and labor broken out line by line, so you can see both.
3. OrderMaterial ordered and confirmed. We do not schedule an install until it is landing.
4. InstallScheduled once the material is physically here. Not before.
5. WalkthroughWe walk it with you and fix the punch list before we call it done.
The rule we do not break: material is on site before install day. Not in transit, not promised. On site. That single rule prevents most of what goes wrong with a flooring job.

Just want the material?

That is completely fine and it is a large part of what we do. Plenty of people install their own floor or already have someone. Buy the material, we will deliver it, and we are happy to answer questions while you install it.
