We are a local flooring supplier. You get the same national brands you would order online, at about the same price, without the freight company showing up at your curb with a pallet and a shrug.
Two reasons, and both of them are in your favor.
Prices move. The numbers on this site were checked August 13, 2026 against what the big online sellers publish. Flooring pricing changes, and closeout stock especially. We would rather confirm a real number with you than take your money against a price that already moved.
Stock moves faster. A discontinued color can be gone in a week. A cart would let you buy something that no longer exists, and you would find out days later. We check first.
When you order flooring online, it ships on a pallet by freight truck. The carrier calls you to schedule, drops it at the curb, and leaves. If a box is crushed you file a claim with a company you have never spoken to. If you are short two boxes on install day, you wait.
We take delivery, check it, and bring it to you. That is most of what you are paying us for, and it is the part that does not show up in an online price comparison.
We are not trying to be the cheapest flooring in the Treasure Valley. The big box store down the road sells its own house brands for less, and if the only thing that matters is the number, buy it there. What we sell is the actual name brand, at close to what you would pay ordering it yourself, with the delivery and the hassle handled.
Ask. If we can get a sample of something you are considering, we will get it to you before you spend real money. Ordering a whole floor off a photo on a screen is a bad idea, and we will say so.
